The next Personal Investment: Your Development starts on Monday, June 15th 2020. All sessions will be on Zoom.
What does this program consist of?
Week 1 - Introduction Call
We dig deep in this call. I’ll send you a questionnaire to better understand where you are at in terms of your development and what works for you. We will talk about what motivates you, what makes you feel most passionate and alive, and where you see the need for growth. You’ll walk away with some actionables.
Week 2 - MBTI
Your coaching program includes the highly esteemed Myers-Briggs Typer Indicator Step II tool which goes into detail on your personality, where you go where you are stressed and some areas for growth or development.
Week 3 - MBTI Continued
Week 2 is going to probably mess you up a little. You might be in denial. We will continue to work through that, get you to a better spot with your personality assessment and have some actionables on how this impacts your vision or quest for personal development.
Bonus content: You’ll get my “in the grip” presentation for your type where we talk about stress management for your type!
Week 4 - Personal Development Inventory
Here is where we unpack all of the healthy and unhealthy ways we’ve been engaging in personal development. We will talk about healthy PD, things that make us tick (some psychology here!) and good ways for us to be engaging in PD long-term.
Week 5 - Personal Development Planning Process
We will work together to come up with an on-going process for you to be picking PD opportunities that serve your current life goals. As a life coach, I know your PD goals are also in many ways your life goals, so I want to break them down with you into actionables.
Week 6 - Personal Development Plan Finalized
We are going to leave this call with an in-depth personal development plan that is going to send you towards your goals in a huge way. You will have 3 month, 6 months and 1 year milestones that I have no doubt you will be surpassing with immense pride.

Your own personal MBTI results from Psychometrics.

One 45 minute deep dive one month after the program ends.
